Exhibition Cooking Parties
In-home catering with a twist! You, your friends or co-workers are transformed into professional chefs at your own sauté stations. Lights, Camera….ACTION! Complete with all the ingredients including a 12-inch chef hat, I will coach all until they are the Master Chef’s just like on TV. WHAT FUN! The events usually have three to four cooking stations (depending on how many guests at your function).
I will pre-set portioned ingredients and have side dishes of vegetables and starch ready to accompany your masterpiece main course.
Plated Dinner Parties or Buffet Style
How about a wine and food pairing adventure!!! Perhaps the perfectly roasted beef tenderloin with Mushroom Jus is more your style? Maybe its a small buffet for friends and family? Or a larger banquet for up to 150 ppl?
Either way...A fantastic dining experience awaits. All you do is enjoy the food, the wine and your guests.
