Exhibition Events
In home catering with a twist! These events are AWESOME! Chef John coaches you and your guests how to Flambe meals. All ingredients set up for you to create your own masterpieces. Typically, 10 to 15 guests take turns showing off their skills and then enjoy the meal, and the highlights afterwards. What fun!!!!
Wine and Food Pairing
How about a wine and food pairing adventure!!! A four to five course meal paired with wines from around the globe. An elegant way to spend an entire evening enjoying foods seldom served in local restaurants.
